5454 Orphan Seats

When possible don't allow the purchase of seats if it make only 1 seat by itself.  One way to accomplish this is check the rows for the seats in the cart. Order the row by seats label and check for sold seats in that row. Create groups of seats (call them sequence of seats) in the row that have no sold seats.  Compare the carts in the order for each row and then check the sequence of seats.  1) Only allow orphan purchases if that is the only path for number of seats in the cart for the row. 2) I can never make 2 orphaned seats in a sequence of seats. 3) Orphans cannot be created if at all possible.  This has to be a setting that can be turned off.
